The Tactics of Hope written by Wilford Welch and edited by David Hopkins was recently published in April 2008 features the Philippine Youth Employment Network as well as YouthWorks. The book "highlights the initiatives of twenty-seven social entrepreneurs who have identified solutions to restore the environment and to alleviate the plight of the extreme poor. The stories of these social entrepreneurs are rich with insight."

Financial Times Article on YouthWorks
Sarrah Murray of the Financial Times wrote several articles about young social entrepreneurs for the Financial Time's special feature "Investing in Young People".
In her article, Ms. Murray wrote, "Raising funds through family and friends, Ms Codera pulled together enough money to offer loans to three young people. These loans were repaid within three months. “There’s one thing that can be learned by everyone from our experience,” she says. “That young people can be trusted with money and they will do well with it.”..."

YouthWorks Founder is IYF's YouthAction Net Fellow 2007
WASHINGTON - November 2007. Audrey Codera received her International Youth Foundation's YouthAction Net Fellowship 2007 for YouthWorks. MCIT Creativity4Peace Award Given to YouthWorks
EGYPT - 1 to 3 September 2007. YouthWorks received the Creativity4Peace Award from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's Cyber Peace Initiative project together with Hewlett Packard during the International Youth Forum 2007 held in Sharm El Sheikh.
Along with nearly 600 youth from 100 coutries, its founder planted trees, joined the run/walk for peace and had the chance to speak at the closing session on the power of youth for peace.
